REPUBLIC ACT QUANTITY 6955

AN ACT TO DECLARE UNLAWFUL THE TRAINING OF MATCHING FILIPINO FEMALES FOR WEDDING TO FOREIGN NATIONALS ON A MAIL PURCHASE BASIS AND DIFFERENT SIMILAR TECHNIQUES, SUCH AS THE ADVERTISEMENT, PUBLICATION, PRINTING OR DISTRIBUTION OF BROCHURES, FLIERS ALONGSIDE PROPAGANDA COMPONENTS IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF AND PROV >Section 1. This is the policy regarding the State to make sure and guarantee the satisfaction associated with the individuals of a good total well being. Section 2. Pursuant thereto, it really is hereby announced illegal:

(۴) to utilize the postal solution to market the prohibited functions in subparagraph 1 hereof.

(b) When it comes to supervisor or officer-in-charge or marketing supervisor of every paper, mag, tv or radio section, or any other news, or of a marketing agency, printing business or other similar entities, to knowingly allow, or consent to, the acts forbidden within the paragraph that is preceding.

Area 3. The incumbent officers thereof who have knowingly participated in the violation of this Act shall be held liable in case of violation of this Act by an association, club, partnership, corporation, or any other entity.

Part 4. anybody found accountable because of the court to own violated some of the functions herein prohibited shall suffer an imprisonment of no less than six (6) years and something (1) but not more than eight (8) years, and a fine of not less than Eight thousand pesos (P8,000) but not more than Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000): Provided, That if the offender is a foreigner, he shall be immediately deported and barred forever from entering the country after serving his sentence and payment of fine day.

Area 5. Nothing in this Act will be interpreted as being a limitation in the freedom of message and of relationship for purposes maybe perhaps maybe not as opposed to legislation as assured by the Constitution.

Area 6. All laws, decrees, purchases, directions, foibles, or parts thereof inconsistent with this particular Act are hereby modified or repealed appropriately.
